Sugar crafting is the art of using sugar to create beautiful decorations for cakes befitting the likes of Marie Antoinette. In Sydney, we fell in love with these figurines handcrafted by Cecilia Carroll Soh. Her hand-decorated cake is now de rigueur in children’s birthday parties in North Ryde, where she is based.
